Below you find the full description of our warranty terms.
The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects and not for physical damage (grated or broken product, changing or violating the adhesive stamp, removing accessories or bad installation).
The validation depends on the type of the purchased product, ranging between three months and two years, the client can request the warranty starting from the purchase date.
After buying, the client must check carefully the products and any included accessories (glasses, crystals, screws, etc.) that should be in great condition, this procedure is the sole responsibility of the costumer, otherwise any claims are not valid anymore.
Upon requesting the warranty, the costumer must submit the bill, with the product and all original accessories as well, it's recommended to include a brief description about the defect which will prevent assistance services time loss.
The costumer must submit the product to the place of purchase. The assistance period doesn't exceed seven working days and depends on the complexity of the defect and the availability of spare parts.
In case the guarantee product is not available in stock or is no longer manufactured, so the shop will offer a similar product with same conditions to be replaced.
